Job Description:
The Scrum Master ensures the scrum framework is followed. Scrum has a clearly defined set of roles and rituals that should be followed, and the Scrum Master works with each member of the scrum team to guide and coach the team through the scrum framework.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies for assigned squads (stand-ups, planning, refinement, retros, etc.)
- Measure performance of assigned squads using scrum best practices (velocity, burndown metrics, )
- Negotiate, refine and enforce key scrum artifacts (definition of done, definition of ready, )
- Select and implement productivity tools to facilitate execution of scrum process (Jira, Miro, Zoho, )
- Develop reports for all levels of organization providing visibility into product development activities
Qualifications/Experience:
- 8+ years experience implementing, managing and evolving scrum product development
- Formal education and experience in software engineering
- Scrum development tool(s) selection, implementation and administration
