RECRUITMENT PROCESS

 Objective:

 Providing Staffing services as per the client’s requirement with minimum turn around time. To process our services approaches each assignment with a consistent, time-tested five-step process. 

Step 1:

Defining Objectives and Specifications Ensure proper understanding of client’s business and culture Obtain client consensus on profile of the desired executive develop the search plan.

Step 2:

Identify and Assess Candidates Identify and confirm target sources using appropriate database and network of contacts Identify, screen and evaluate candidates (Technical expertise & Soft skills) Shortlisting the right candidate. Share &Review profiles with the client.

Step 3:

Interviews Facilitate interviews of the candidate with Clients Follow up on the candidate status from client Conduct reference checks Select finalists to be interviewed TAT for interviews -Within 2days of the profile being shortlisted.

Step 4:

Shortlisted Candidates Facilitate final interviews (outstation candidates, Document collection, Reference checks) Salary Negotiation and Benefits). 

Step 5:

Follow Up Keep in constant touch with the candidate till he/she joins the organization. Ensure Client satisfaction Feedback from Client & Candidate.

Radford Process:

  •  Sourcing the candidates based on clients requirements.
  • Shortlisting candidates on clients parameters.
  • Training candidates based on clients required skills.
  • Collects documents to send it clients.
  • Submits check list to client for interview.
  • Final selection and deploy.
